I've been a member of Factory Fitness Center for 11 months and participate in the unlimited semi-personal training sessions. As a 45-year-old woman who had never strength trained before, I spent weeks nervously debating whether to join. Eventually, I scheduled a meeting with a trainer, signed up, and I've been really happy that I did. Being able to work with a trainer at 5:00 a.m. (which is the only time I can consistently make it to the gym) has been a huge bonus. I primarily train with Chris, who is amazing, but I've also worked with Moriah and Tony. They're all patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Walking into a gym as a complete beginner can feel intimidating, but they've created an environment that feels welcoming and comfortable. As someone who started with zero strength-training experience, I've never felt judged or out of place. One more thing - the gym is really clean. The bathrooms and showers are especially nice, and I genuinely enjoy getting ready there before heading to work. If I didn't have somewhere to be every morning, I'd probably linger a little longer. If you've been debating whether to get started, I'd suggest scheduling a meeting with a trainer and seeing what you think. The gym is open 24 hours, there are a variety of training times available, and for me, it ended up being a decision I'm glad I made.
